Talk One2One Activity
It’s important that we recognize the impact of the safety measures in place due to COVID-19 are not easy. Some days are easier than others as we are isolated from each other and daily routines are disrupted. Recognize that it is normal to be feeling more anxious or unsettled. Much of what we are experiencing is not what we are accustomed to as the “norm.” Through our partnership with AllOne Health, we have some tips we’d like to share with you to help with coping.
Permission Slips
Gone are the days where you need someone else to sign-off on you experiencing something new. However, sometimes it can be hard to give ourselves the permission we deserve to explore, manage or seek out something new or different. This program will help you set your intentions in a new way and will help you put full faith and trust in YOURSELF.
Netflix and Exercise
How can you take something like re-watching (more like re-binging) your favorite show and have it work in favor of your wellbeing? By being intentional, and a little creative, maybe your Netflix time can help you improve not just your mental wellbeing, but your physical wellbeing.
