Work Worth Doing: Finding Your Confidence
This is an adapted program from the Inspire manual. The full program can be found in the manual in Exclusively Xi's Resource Center.
Simply talking about confidence can be difficult, especially for those of us who maybe aren’t comfortable talking in a room full of people. But everyone’s voice in this conversation is important. This activity will help us hear from everyone. Every single woman deserves to feel confident. Not eventually, not once we’ve gotten a specific GPA, made a certain amount of money or lost any number of pounds—right now. Alpha Xi Delta is an organization built by women, for women, to help us all realize our potential and build our confidence.

New Programs Coming Soon!
We will be releasing new programs, so please continue to check back to see new releases. Here is what's coming next:
- Sorry Not Sorry (recorded webinar)
- Have you ever said, “I’m sorry” for something that truly didn’t warrant an apology? Maybe you were entering your professor’s office to ask a question, or perhaps you were walking in front of someone as they studied the shelf of a grocery store in search of an item. Did you immediately realize that you didn’t really need to apologize, or are you recognizing it now for the first time? In this program, we will discuss how routinely soliciting apologies can be detrimental to your interactions and self-confidence. Additionally, we will work together to re-phrase the words, “I’m sorry” to make your responses more direct and empowering.
