Officer Academy
Officer Academy is Alpha Xi Delta’s signature virtual officer training for newly elected officers. Every elected chapter officer is invited to attend on February 4, 2024. Please do not hesitate to contact fhq@alphaxidelta.org if you have any questions.
Live Sessions Information
On February 4, Fraternity Headquarters will offer two, 2.5-hour, live sessions for the officers to participate in. Calls will take place at 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 2:00-4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Each call will be identical, and each officer should only attend ONE call.
Zoom meeting links were sent to attendees on February 2 at 5:30 p.m. EST. If you did not receive your meeting link, please contact Courtney Gable, Director of Member Services, at cgable@alphaxidelta.org.
What to Expect at the Live Sessions
Each session will start with a welcome from Alpha Xi Delta’s National President, Megan Crouch. There will then be additional programming for all officers as a group. The second half of our program will allow for two 30-minute breakout sessions covering a variety of topics for each Team and officer. Participants will be able to choose to attend the breakout session that is best suited to them.
Cost to Attend
Each chapter will be charged $50 for its officers to attend Officer Academy. This charge will be automatically billed to chapter accounts at the end of February.

12:15-12:30 p.m. - Break!
12:30-1 p.m. - First breakout session option 1
1:00-1:30 p.m. - Second breakout session option 2
